We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers. Disabling cookies will prevent login.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with trusted providers strictly to operate the Service:

When you use AI features, the text of your questions is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response and is stored as your chat history so you can resume conversations. Please do not enter sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information into AI features.
We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see Your rights).
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including password hashing and signed session tokens. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing teams@n9agents.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor applicable rights where required.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
